i love the pose, angle and setting, but wish it was a lil less dark, but that's just how i like it. maybe you guys were going for a lil darker?

I agree with this. Additional lighting would help highlight the features of the pose as well as illuminate the face, which would help reveal the expression a little more, which would add more detail to the photo. Alternatively, a higher contrast could help illuminate the well lit side of the pose, which would highlight the feminine form more, without drawing the viewer's attention from it.
